What is UrAssist? top

UrAssist^® is a “urinal in a bag”. Using advanced micro-pump technology, UrAssist^® drains the urine from the collection cup into a large capacity drain bag contained inside the unit. UrAssist^® can then be carried to a toileting facility and drained at the user’s convenience.

How do I use UrAssist? top

Simply flip the front door open and the pump starts automatically.  Pull the collection cup out of the unit towards you… when finished urinating replace the cup (which will be completely dry because of the vacuum) and close the door. The pump will stop. When the collection bag is almost full an alarm will sound indicating UrAssist^® is ready to be emptied soon.

Is UrAssist only available for men? top

No. UrAssist^® is adaptable to both males and females.

How does UrAssist mount in my cab? top

The UrAssist^® system is held in an included wire rack that can be screwed securely into the floorboard.

How long is my warranty? top

All UrAssist^® systems are backed by a 1 year warranty.

How often does the collection bag need to be changed? top

It is recommended that the disposable supplies be changed every two weeks. Disposable supplies are a collection cup, tubing and a reusable collection bag.

What's included in my UrAssist Kit?top

The initial UrAssist^® kit includes:
(1) UrAssist^® Urine Collection Device, (1) collection cup/tubing, (1) urine collection bag, (1) wire frame floor mount.
